I’m a Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor hosting classes, events, and retreats here in Isla Mujeres, MX. I'm a firm believer in the body's innate ability to heal itself, and it's my passion to guide my students on a journey to reclaim their joy and let go of what no longer serves them through 'energy medicine' practices.
When you join my yoga classes, get ready for an experience like no other. I bring a lighthearted approach to teaching, never taking myself too seriously, ensuring that laughter and enjoyment are integral parts of every session. The playlists are an eclectic mix, ranging from the timeless tunes of Led Zeppelin to the poetic verses of Kendrick Lamar, with a sprinkle of synth with Big Wild in-between.
As we flow through the practice, I extend an invitation to appreciate the elements of this enchanting island, allowing nature to be our backdrop and inspiration. A practice inspired by the island of Isla Mujeres. The session begins with guided meditation, checking-in with yourself and firmly grounding in this sacred land. Then comes a yoga flow to lengthen, stretch, and strengthen the body and clear the mind. As you rest for an extended savasana, my crystal singing bowls will bathe you in vibrations and soothing sounds. This session will leave you floating like you're already on the crystal blue waters surrounding this beautiful island.

I will light my spirit fingers on fire and illuminate all four "corners" of the yoga space with Holy Fire Reiki energy. By being present in the space, each person will automatically and intuitvely receive the benefits of Reiki energy. I'll guide the group through a gentle vinyasa flow, we'll slow it down for Yin yoga with hands-on assists and massage, and lastly enjoy a long, juicy savasana where I will perform Reiki on each person. We will share our gratitude as a group to conclude the journey.
