Reiki is an energy healing technique that help people feel relaxed, reduces stress, depression and anxiety, reduces physical pain, and provides meaningful guidance and insight. I use my hands to read and deliver energy from and to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
I like to say I see better with my eyes closed. During a session I receive messages from your energetic field similar to that of a dream. I see colors and visions, hear messages, and feel the sensations you’re physically experiencing in your body. At the end of a session, I share the messages I received from your energy, helping to connect physical symptoms with thoughts and stored emotions.

The signature healing journey is my absolute favorite to facilitate and is highly recommended for first time clients and anyone who is seeking guidance, healing, or some extra TLC.
First, I cleanse your energy a perform a welcome ritual. Then I’ll guide you through a check-in scan before I lead you into a deep state of relaxation. Next, I light my spirit fingers on fire and administer Reiki from head to toe, restoring each of your major energy centers to a state of harmony and balance. This treatment also includes a foot, head, neck and shoulder massage. If your journey is virtual, additional Reiki will be administered. At the conclusion of your experience, I will share what I learned about interacting with your energy, and provide self-care recommendations for home.
In-person clients may choose to receive this service while floating in the ocean, grounded in the sand on the beach, or at a location of their choosing.

Reiki Reflections: Aura Portraits

Hand-drawn digital aura portraits will give you a visual reminder of the gorgeous energy that surrounds you. First, I scan your energy and receive messages about your body, mind, heart, and spirit. I send you a concentrated dose of Reiki healing energy to harmonize and serve your best and highest good. I’ll snap a portrait or work my magic on a photo you love of yourself. I digitally draw your aura and share three affirmative words I received from your Reiki reading. Focusing on these affirmations will help to continue the benefits of the Reiki you received. This is a 30-minute stand alone service.
