Energy Medicine: How to Heal Yourself with Reiki, Movement, and Meditation

As humans, our bodies have a natural stream of energy running from head to toe like a river. As we experience trauma and other stressors, we accumulate rocks, or stored emotions and memories, that impede our energy from flowing harmoniously. Eventually these rocks create a dam, only allowing a tiny amount of energy to seep between the cracks.

Reiki is an energy balancing technique that removes the rocks, restoring the natural flow of energy within your body so you can move through life with grace, ease, and peace.

Join me as I teach you how to heal yourself from the inside out! We'll explore the tradition and science of Reiki, teach you some moves to heal yourself, and I'll end with a guided visualization and group Reiki healing.
